User guide: Creating new content

Here are the steps to create new content with Anwiki:

1. Open your web browser at the URL you want to give to your content.
   
   If you have friendly URLs enabled, you can use slash to organize contents into virtual directories, and dot to simulate a file extension.
   Example:

   • http://www.website.com/example
   • http://www.website.com/example-en
   • http://www.website.com/en/example
   • http://www.website.com/en/demo/examples/example1
   • http://www.website.com/my_example.html
   • http://www.website.com/my_example.php
   
   If you don't have friendly URLs enabled, you need to provide the content name in _GET['p'] parameter:
   Example:

   • http://www.website.com/anwiki/?p=example
   • http://www.website.com/anwiki/?p=example-en
   • http://www.website.com/anwiki/?p=en/example
   
   
2. The content creation screen appears.
   • Select a language for your content
   • Select a Content Class for your content
   • Eventually check additional languages for immediately creating translations for the new page
   • Submit
   
   
3. Content is created and you are redirected to the content edition screen.
